Room for 4 in Tokyo/Kyoto?

Hello everyone,

I'm heading to Japan with my 3 siblings in about two weeks for a ten day trip, and we're looking for reasonably priced hotels that have rooms that can accommodate 4 people in both Tokyo and Kyoto. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

What is reasonable to you? The Hyatt in Kyoto has some Japanese style rooms that hold 4 on the floor.

Worst scenario.
There are cardboard houses in Shinjuku Subway Station, Tokyo.

Check out VRBO.com, there are some small apartments in Kyoto that are only in the $125/night range.

See if Oakwood Apartments has what you want. (btw, in Japanese-English mansion=apartment)
