I think the revolving restaurant is in, or right beside a nice, fairly big name hotel...but ofcourse I can't remember the name either sorry! I just remember that the people I was there with decided we shouldn't go because it was more expensive than some others but I'm sure it would be worth it. If you're looking for something on the nicer end in Delhi, there's a bar/restaurant called DV8 that I really enjoyed. It's expensive for Indian prices, but definitely worth it. It's in an area (ofcourse I don't remember the name either...) that's fairly westernized so there are alot of good places to eat around there as well. My friends and I practically lived off of pizza from Smokin' Joe's and iced coffee from Barista while we were in Jaipur, but we were there at the midpoint of our trip and desperate for edible western style food. We found that anything along M.I Road was normally tasty, safe and well priced. There seemed to be alot of places with a variety of dishes ranging from Indian to Italian to Chinese. I'd highly suggest stopping at LassiWalla or any of the little ice cream stores along M.I for a cheap, but still safe, to beat the desert heat. There's a bakery called Chic-Chocolate in Jaipur as well, that has melted cheese toast that's pretty much to die for.
