Does anyone have recomendations for good restaurants in Chiang Mai, Vientiane, Luang Prabang, Hanoi, Hue, and Saigon?Price does not matter because I've had great recomends from this website in all price ranges-Also Hua Hin and Bangkok?One problem,we're leaving tomorrow!!Thanx, guys.

I enjoyed Dalabba (sp) in Chiang Mai. It is in a big house with nice grounds and good service. I also like Nang Nuan (sp) along the river for fish and seafood.

In Luang Prabang, the restaurants at the Maison Souvannaphoum and La Residence Phou Vao (Pansea) hotels are both excellent. If you want something basic but quite good there is the Bousasavanh Restaurant on the Mekong river - less than $10 for two people.
