Restaurants

Could you suggest the best seafood restaurants in Bangkok, Phuket,Chiang Mai and the Golden Triangle? If this is too much for you to to dissect, lets start with Bangkok.

I found restaurants in Bangkok and Chiang Mai in this forum. What do you suggest for Phuket and the Golden Triangle? Thank you.

In BKK, try the gallery cafe, around the corner from the Royal orchid Sheraton. 86-100 New Road 30. tel. (02)639 5580. The dried fish salad is wonderful.

In Bangkok try the "Seafood Market" restaurant for a great experience. You pick the fresh fish, crabs, shrimps, lobsters etc from a supermarket like display and the chef will cook it to your liking. Located in Sukhumvit soi 24. Web site: http://www.seafood.co.th/

In the Golden Triangle, I remember that you are staying at the Anantara. Eat there - excellent food. There really aren't any places to eat within walking distance. I supose you could get the hotel car to take you into a nearby village, but I'd suggest relalxing and eating at the hotel.
