Bangkok: Best Place for Pre/Post Dinner Drinks
Any WOW locations with great views or a special atmosphere? City views? Tropical Gardens? River Breezes? A few places that are not too heavy on the wallet would be nice 
.
I thought the bar atop the Sofitel Hotel (Silom), had a very nice view.

Yes, V9 has a nice view, but I agree with Michael about the top of State Tower (Sky Bar). This is my favorite place for a view and a nice river breeze (64 floors up). The top of the Banyan Tree also has a nice view. I have not been to 360 yet. I also have not been to the top of the Centara at Central World. I understand that it is yet another open air bar with a view.
