Is it still true that you have to have an address in Asia to use Priceline Asia?

I don't think so, they now post the link to Priceline Asia at the Priceline USA web site.

We recently wanted to bid on an air fare from Singapore to Bali. We needed a Singapore address for them to deliver the tickets to. They couldn't/wouldn't Fed Ex it to us. So I do think you need to have an Asian address to to airline tickets.
