Reputable Visa Service for China

Hello! I am considering whether to go to China next year on vacation. I know I would need to get a Visa, but do not live anywhere near any Chinese Consulate. Could anyone recommend a reputable on-line company that could get a Visa for me?

Thanks,

Doug

Try the website of China International Travel Service at <www.citsusa.com> for information

They are the oficially appointed agency to handle China visa and are definitely reputable.

rhkkmk,
How long ago was this? The requirement to appear in person (or submitted in person by someone else on your behalf) has been in place for sometime now.

In checking with the Chinese Embassy website yesterday, I did find that they have a mail back service if you provide them with a self addressed, pre-paid envelope.

Not every consulate location will do mail back service even if you provide them with a prepaid envelope. They're really inconsistent in this regard. I've heard that SF and DC will, but twice I tried to do this in LA and both times they refused. In any case, it still has to be submitted in person.

i think i provided the postage....i took all my stuff to the PO and had it weighed and then added some more...it worked fine...it was not "personally presented", however
