Does anyone know of a reliable jeweler in Bangkok? <BR> <BR>In particular, has anyone had experience with Venus or Lambert Holdings? <BR> <BR>Thanks! <BR> <BR>Angela

I was there about 6 years ago and bought silver at Uthai;s Gems, 2817 Soi Ruamrudea, Ploenchit Rd. Bangkok. We were sent there by Americans who worked in Bangkok. <BR>

Venus was recommended to me by several former U.S. diplomats (Venus is near the U.S. embassy) and I couldn't have more pleased with their selection and prices. My only regret is that I didn't buy more last summer. I will certainly return.

I had a good experience with Lambert Holdings about 9 years ago -- very good quality. I also purchased a few things from Uthai gems and had a good experience there as well.
