Ratts drivers?
 

I have been communicating with Ratt and because we need a van she is sending her husband to be our driver. We are wanting to see Kanchanburi and Ayutthaya as well as Bangkok. I am a little apprehensive about this as he speaks little to no english. Does anyone have any experience with him? I am concerned that we may miss alot of information and possible sights due to the language barrier.

It sounds like, then, you are interested in a guide, not only a driver. Have you explored that option? I know that people here have used Tong and liked her. A couple of people have also used Cherry from Magical Routes and liked her. It's my understanding that Ratt's service is for driving, not guiding, though Ratt does provide commentary when possible.

Ratt's husband's English is limited though his knowledge is equal to most guides and Ratt herself is equal to Cherry's. I have never used Tong though many do think highly of her as many, including myself, use Ratt ever time they are in BK. Also, Ratt's sister in CM, has decent English and is very very knowledgable.

both of your destinations require some guiding, so i think it may be a problem with limited english...

cherry uses a van all the time so try her...
