I've seen this driving company is highly recommended, but I always see two different websites for him:

http://www.ramindiatours.com/

Is this the same company, or is better than the other? Both have his name on them and both sites have each other's links, but I just want to make sure! Thank you.

Same company. Used him twice on two different trips (north and south) and was extremely pleased both times.

Great, thank you! I contacted him a few hours earlier and heard back right away. Is he the driver usually, or does he send someone else?

He drove for us on both of our trips, but I understand that his business has grown and that he now uses other drivers too. I have read from others who have used Ram's services that he does a good job of training his drivers, so I don't think you will be disappointed whether he drives you or one of his other drivers does.
