Qatar Airlines
 

We are thinking of booking a flight to Thailand with Qatar airlines and wondered if anyone had any views on them. We tried the review pages but it seems poeple only write a review if they have had a bad experience, no matter what the airline.

I will be flying them in a couple of months time from BKK to LHR via DOH. They have a very attractive fare for business and first class and from the reviews I've been able to find they seem like an excellent airline especially for their premium cabins.

Mitzy, not sure what the 'review pages' you looked at are...but one of the best airline review sites (Skytrax) lists many positive reviews for Qatar:

Qatar Airlines are an excellent outfit. We have used them several times and always been impressed. In fact, I would say that they are one of the better airlines.

What about the boxes under the seats for the entertainment system?
