I have to add this a year and a half later as I research Bali.

I have religiously followed recommendations from Bob & Craig over the years. I generally find that when I find another traveller who has similar requirements as myself it makes sense to take their recommendations and these have ALWAYS worked for me in my previous Asia trips.

So I am off to write an email to Putu...

I have him reserved for 9/14 already...

I'm adding myself to the list of folks who hired Putu's services (November 2013) and could not be happier. He's one of the best guides / drivers I've had in all my trips.

Add another vote for Putu. I've been to Bali twice and used him both time. He is wonderful to work with. I'm headed back for a third trip this October and will be using him again.
