Thank you, All, for the advices! :)

I am female and at least first half of my trip I am going to travel with 2 my female friends. You would not advise to take night trains any way?

Night trains look appealing to me because I should not waist time for traveling. Anyway I can not see anything during the night, then why do not use it for repositioning? Also, I believe, there is no guarantee I can have a good night sleep in guesthouses, since there are maybe noisy street, etc.

Gala, depending on where you are the noise can be a real distraction at night.

You may want to bring some medication to help you sleep - nothing super strong, just enough to help you go to sleep but not zonk you out so much that you will be drowsy the next morning.

Whatever you bring, if you decide to, try it out at home first if it's something you haven't taken before.
