Powerpoint socket in China trains?

Hi all, I'm planning to take T101 train from Shanghai to Shenzhen. it is an 18-hr ride so I was wondering if the soft sleeper cabin has powerpoint sockets for charging laptops, etc. If not, are there any in the other carriages?

thanks a lot! :)

The train is actually over 19 hours.
Yes there are some but they do not always work.

thank you for you reply. By some you mean it is not dedicated to ur own bed? oh what a horror. i can't survive on a 19 hr ride doing nothing. =S

Take a book!!

There may be a socket or two underneath the table between the two lower bunks, and may be in the corridor. But don't expect a socket for each bed.

Watch the scenery, read a book. Or skip the train and just fly.

I'm considering the train in the opposite direction from Hong Kong to Shanghai in a 2-person Deluxe Sleeper. I have the ame question for those compartments, thanks.

I am not sure if there are deluxe soft sleepers for this route.

There are definitely deluxe softsleeper on the direct Hong Kong-Shanghai and Hong Kong-Beijing trains. I'd GUESS there should be a power socket in each compartment, but not at each berth.
