We've tried having a vacation by plane going to our destination. Now, we're planning to have another one. We need suggestion... We want to try another means of transportation going to the place that we want. note: destination-only in asia.

Since you live in the Philippines, your choices to get to another country are flying or via ship.

Are you wanting to take a ship there instead of a plane? If that is the case, what about a cruise of S E Asian countries?

while its hard to recommend hotels without a specific budget, for a good value for money deal in Bangkok, try the Narai Hotel. Good location, clean hotel and usually goes for less than 85$. Singapore on the other hand is more expensive, but some good options exist there as well. The ParkRoyal on Beach Road, the Furama Riverfront and the Peninsula Excelsior all go for around the 150$ mark. They're quite decent with good locations, see where you can get the best deal for your dates.
