Phuket Hotel
 

Alright, everyone was so helpful for Bangkok and so I am reaching out about Phuket area. So here are our thoughts at the moment (all with private pool).

Please let me know thoughts of location and hotel. We are moving to Krabi for a few days to follow.

Baynon Tree - Bang Tao Bay
Antatara - Mai Khao
Sarojin - Khao Lak

I have no idea about the other two, but an acquaintance highly recommended the banyan tree.

Banyan Tree

Out of first 2 I would say Anantara , but first you need to decide if you want Phuket or Khao Lak as they are very different, the Sarojin is excellent but Phuket and Khao lak are very different.
Phuket is far more built up and busy whereas Khao Lak is more relaxed and quieter, though you have restaurants and nearby nature, so first I would decide which you prefer, Phuket or Khao Lak and then look at places to stay next.

I think we want to be more in the heart of it for Phuket. We are going to Krabi for a few days on the backend. So with that in mind, are places like Banynan Tree better? How about Amanpari? Trisara? Close by?
