Phuket airport transfers

I am flying into Phuket airport in mid May. I have accommodation at Karon Beach. Can anyone tell me if there are shuttles running from the airport to Karon Beach ... and the approximate cost? The hotel runs a specialized service, but I prefer something with a lower cost. Thanks.

I don't know of shuttles, but there are taxis at the airport.

Thanks Kathie. I suspected there might be some taxis available. Does anyone know the approximate cost to get to Karon Beach from the airport?
