Hello. We will be arriving on Phu Quoc Island about 10:00 p.m. at the airport. What is the best way to get to our hotel at this time of night? My Lan Hotel does not offer an airport shuttle and apparently is 30 minutes away on Bai Sao beach.

According to Booking.com the hotel offers...

Every hotel serves 24/7 so you don't have to anxious about check in at night.

I checked with the hotel already and they don't provide pickup from the airport at that time of night.

How much would a taxi cost?

As i know it's basically 12.000 vietnam dong for taxi start ( it means you already have to pay 12k when you get on a taxi, regardless of using it or not )..then the normal tariff for 1km is 14.500 vietnam dong.The price fluctuates between 14.500 and 17.000 per kilo
