Phone cards in Cambodia and Thailand?

Is it cheaper to buy phone cards in Cambodia and Thailand, than to use a US phone card for international calls?

Do they have phone cards in Cambodia? They barely have phones in Siem Reap, other than cell phones.

I called using an internet phone at an internet cafe in Cambodia. The connection wasn't the greatest, but it was only 50 cents a minute.

I used a phone card in Chiang Mai Thailand that I bought at an internet cafe. They had a pay phone there that used the card. I don't remember the specifics, but it wasn't expensive.

The best way to keep in touch is via email. You can find internet cafes everywhere and it's cheap.
