Want to stay at the Pen in November. Unfortunately their amazing stay 1 get 1 free suite deal which made a suite less expensive than a room, is not in effect in November. I have searched other sites such as asiarooms.com and the best rate is still the one offered direct on hotel's web site. Also some of the sites only offer Kowloon views. Anyone have any tips on how to find a better rate? Thanks.

Has anybody used this site and if so did it go OK? It's really hard to know which sites are reputable.

I have used it, i booked a hotel in BKK last year (the peninsula) and i have the Park Hyatt booked in HCMC this november. Generally you dont pre-pa either (some rates you do) but if you pick one of their special rates you get breakfast and other benefits thrown in.

BTW have stayed at the Pen (HKG) and i really think a harbour view room is a must here. I actually stayed for 3 nights in a grand harbour view deluxe room and it was actually cheaper via the hotels own website BUT this was just after christmas so i guess a peak period.
