Pathumwan Princess or Novotel Siam Square?
 

I'm going to Bangkok in a few weeks. I've been to Bangkok a few times already but haven't stayed at either of these hotels. Both are in the same location and are similarly priced. Can people who stayed at either of thes two or both help me decide?
1. Which one has bigger standard sized rooms? I'm guessing Novotel because Pathumwan Princess is a tall skinny hi rise building.
2. Which one has nicer rooms? Pathumwan Princess is newer, so I'm expecting things like carpet to be in better condition. Bigger, nicer bathrooms? Bigger TV?
3. I know this may sound trivial, but who has better breakfast?
