Passport photos required for Angkor Wat visit

Does anyone know how many passport size photos we require for Cambodia entry visas and Angkor Wat passes. I'd like to bring the pictures with me. Thanks

Hi there.
We visited Ankor Wat in January this year. Our visas at Siem Reap airport were USD 20 each and we needed one passport size photo.
Temple passes were USD 20 for 1 day and USD 40 for 3 days. Also one photo.

We made sure we had the correct change in USD for both.....speeded things up. And yes it does make sense to have the photos beforehand.
Have a wonderful trip.
Linda

Temples passes are US$20 for one day, $40 for three days and $60 for a week.

Concur with all the others; I was there in May and brought two photos along, which really sped things up.

just curious...what happens when you show up without the two photo's? Do they have camera's there? How much do they charge? or do they turn you around and kick you out of country for "no photos"
Aloha!

Hi, HT, at the temples, they will take your photo, if needed, for US$1. That price may have changed. I've heard varying stories about what happens at immigration if you don't have a photo. On overland routes (well known for "variability" in prices charged) I've heard of people being asked to pay large "fines."

Thanks, HT. Yes, we leave Saturday! Can't wait. I am anticipating some good leech stories. I will be disappointed if I don't encounter some.

Yes, take the two photos and take the exact US dollar cash. We arrived after dark at the airport and had to help out a guy who had brought no US cash and they don't take credit cards or local cash for the visa amount.

We were there just last week -- I did not see any photo capability at the airport, so definitely bring one there, but at the place where you buy your Angkor pass, as noted, there is a camera set up, and they did not charge us anything (my wife misplaced her second photo). But just bring two to make it easy.
