the NEW 7th story hotel is one of the best budget places in singore or anywere really.. I stayed there and they had the best dorms I've ever stayed in.. they also have regular rooms I think they gofor about $30 per night but Im not sure now.

Orgy 7...What's the name of that place in Singapore and where is it located? Is it near an MRT station and if so...which one? If the "Y" is ever booked solid when I travel, then I'll need an alternate. And can one have a PRIVATE room at the place you're talking about? Happy Travels!

I was actually planning BKK - Siem Riep - Singapore. Asiahotels.com seems to offer some good rates for the Traders hotel.

yep its a block away form Bugis MRT.. the location is pritty good.. near litle india, malls etc.. but ya know how unconfortable I feel about suggesting hotels on this site. This place is a budget hotel. you get what ya pay for but in the BACKPACKER univers this place tends too rate verry well..
