Have found Shangai Centre Aparts in Shanghai , but can only book 1 month before departure for 1 week stay.Any other options for Shanghai + Beijing with at least outdoor deck area close to pool,for tanning?

When will you be visiting Beijing and Shanghai? What part of the year? The reason I ask is that right now the weather in Beijing is less than nice and not suitable for using an outdoor swimming pool. I lived in Beijing River Garden Villa in Shunyi (near by the Beijing International Airport). River Garden has an outdoor pool (there is also an indoor one) and in the summer the pool is very nice. Thanks guenovnd..we will be in China July 2007 , hopefully for 2 weeks . Climate info says will be hot + kids (9 ,12), love to swim.

Have just checked out River Garden Villa..looks gr8 but I think 2 far out of centre..as like to be close to shops and eats !!Thanks again guenovnd.Regards junglejelly

The Tian`lun Dynasty Hotel near Wangfujing Avenue,International Hotle at Jianguomen both have the swiming pool.and both not far from the Tian`anmen Squre and Forbidden City.
