osaka with teenagers
 

Going to Osaka for 10 days with two teenagers. Any suggestions on how to keep them entertained.

Tons to do within an hour or so of Osaka station.

Umeda is just vast shopping and eating. It's a great place to spend time. Shops are restaurants are everywhere, even underground. It's just a labyrinth of shopping and eating.

Universal Studios Japan.

Osaka Aquarium and area around the aquarium including very large ferris wheel.

Osaka Castle and Namba shopping area. America mura shopping is interesting to see.

Kyoto...worth at least 3 or 4 of your 10 days.

Nara...another day.

Hiroshima is not a bad train ride for a day trip, maybe stop in Himeji as well.

Kobe...another day.

When are you going? There are grand sumo tournament and pro-baseball in Osaka, depending on your timing.
