Off to Pasadena GTG!
 

I'm off to San Diego in the morning, and will drive up to LA on Friday. Anyone else on the HNL-SAN flight tomorrow?

I'm leaving, not from HNL, but from MLI very early Friday morning. See you there. Yes, thanks to guenmai for all her work.

There's an airport in Moline? Just kidding, Carol. I look forward to seeing you, Lucy and everyone else in Pasadena. Leaving Friday morning. Guen has been wonderful - I know its going to be a great event.

We're leaving Friday mid-day. Guen figures we'll just make it for dinner since we're flying into LAX. I look forward to seeing you all in Pasadena!

I knew someone would look up that unusual airport code I put in!! ha ha Yes, there is an "international" airport in Moline! It's actually a very nice airport. Our friends who come in to visit frequently from Italy and Germany will use this as their final arrival airport, since it is only about 45 minutes from my home, down in the boondocks!

See everyone very soon. I'm sooooo looking forward to this break. I need a breather from everything going on at home.

Kuranosuke...I just sent you a personal e-mail. To the rest of you, I can't wait to meet up with you again. I probably won't get a wink of sleep tomorrow night due to all of the upcoming excitement! The forum will be quite quiet for a while as a large group of the regulars will be in Pasadena. I plan to do a write-up on the events next Monday. Busy preparing for the trip from Santa Monica. What are the restrictions on liquids and gels? And are backless sandals appropriate for Pasadena?

we met up with ken (kuranosuke) for wine in our room tonight and then went locally for some of the best indian food we have ever had.....ken and karen got drunk so i had to carry them back to the hotel.....
