If you scroll down the page from the link on the previous post, you will see that GC had 99 complaints over a 3 year period. Considering that many thousands of people traveled with GS and OAT over this amount of time, I don't find that to be an excessive number. I can only speak from personal experience and experiences of fellow travelers about our good experiences with this company.

Most GOOD travel companies have ZERO complaints over 3 year period, but OAT has 99. It is up to you, but I would not travel with this company.

And how many people who have a bad experience actually complain to BBB? I certainly didn't.

You are absolutely right. A lot of people screwed by the travel companies do not even know about Better Business Bureau existence. Therefore 99 complaints filed against OAT look even more disturbing. Obviously people should not even consider OAT as a potential tour operator.
