I think the game starts at 6:30 pm San Francisco time on Sunday the 22nd, so that means it will be broadcast starting at 9:30 am Monday morning January 23 in Thailand, so here are my suggestions:
1. I assume you do not have a PC or ipad with you on which you could receive the game.
2. Check with your hotel to see if they offer any sports channels or US armed forces network TV channel which may offer the game in your room, or if any bar or restaurant in the hotel will be open and they can get the game for you. IF the hotel has a business centre, perhaps they have a PC on which you could watch the game via a streaming service.
3. If not, try checking on Monday night with a local restaurant or bar walkable from your hotel to see if they will be open on Tuesday and will have the game on.
4. If not, try a restaurant or bar in Patong.
5. It is possible that some of the golf course bars/restaurants may have the game on, you might try Blue Canyon.
Bear in mind that Monday the 23rd is the 1st day of the Lunar New Year, and to the extent any of the bars and restaurants are owned by Chinese Thais (which my guess is that more than a few of them are), they may be closed.
