Nepal in February
 

Can anybody tell me what to expect on the weather side in Nepal in February. Especially Katmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan.

The weather website I use is www.weatherbase.com Because you'll be at some altitude in Kathmandu and Pokhara, make sure you check average daily highs and lows, not just average temperature.

Where are you staying in Chitwan? We're flying to Kathmandu the end of March (our second try--cancelled earlier this year due to "unrest" in Nepal). I'm very undecided about Chitwan.

Actually we don´t know, if we should go to Nepal.
As a passionate wildlife photographer I am not sure how that works out riding on an elephant with long, heavy lenses.
Also don´t know where to stay.
Any suggestions appreciated.
