Need recommendation of Bali and Gili.
 

Hi, I plan a vacation with three of my friends to Bali and the Gili next month in 5 days. I am interested in visiting Gili Air to find a calm and peaceful beach atmosphere. In Bali, I want something different from it, maybe unique places, like temples or something else. I put Pura Tirta Empul, Bali swing, Monkey forest, and Munduk waterfall in my itinerary, but I was confused in arranging the time of the visit because the destination distance was quite far.

On the third day, I will go to Gili with Ferry because it is not time-bound, but when I look for information about Ferry to Gili it is a waste of time on the trip. Are there recommendations for this? When I think of fast boat to Gili, it has a fixed departure schedule which I maybe can't necessarily follow.

I recommend you change the Munduk waterfall with Tegenungan waterfall which is closer to your other destinations.

Is the total amount of time you have for this trip to Bali and Gili 5 days? Do you have 5 full days (that is, do you have 6 nights?) in Bali/Gili? I ask because your time is very short to see Bali, which has much to offer. Adding in Gili, which involves additional travel further shortens your time to experience Bali.

I'd recommend you spend all of your time on Bali.
