Need a quick response: 4 days outside Singapore
 

We are in Singapore, and have 4 nights to mess around. We'd like a nice beach, possibly with snorkeling/diving. Don't want total seclusion - a little town to visit would be great. We've been in Thailand up until now. Any suggestions?

Sentosa Island, unless you want to cross border and go to Tioman or look up flights with Berjaya Air and their resort in Tioman.

Sipadan in Malaysia is nice.

Redang, Langkawi.

Sipadan would be quite a chore to get to, and the permit system there is crazy right now. I'm just back from Tioman, and loved it. Great snorkeling.

Haven't been to Bintan or Batam yet, but they're the 'standard' island options from Singapore.

Thank you all. We ended up with Bali! Long story, but we already had a flight there, and decided to make use of it. As always, I appreciate the help. C
