I have tried both e-mial suggestions on Ratt and they have been returned. Any suggestions

Don't know what addresses you have, but go to her website www.ratservice.com for 2 emails and several phone numbers. Good luck!

Do not understand what went wrong in your communication. Ratt's mail was working yesterday anyway, I received a message, reflecting on our visit to Bangkok last Friday. (Cfr report on Myanmar trip, posted on this board). For the record, her email is
