Mumbai Overnight Accommodation

We are taking an overnight accommodation in Mumbai and arrive midday from Goa departing the following day mid morning for Singapore
Can anyone suggest a hotel close to town and airport accessible
We have been offered the Savoy Suite but comments are not favourable .... the price ok
Thanks

For that price range, the Transit Hotel is a decent option for an overnight stay and proximity to the airport.

There are many hotels very near the airport....or within a reasonable distance. You could stay at the Hyatt Regency or one of the other 5-stars near the intl terminal; or opt for the mid-priced Sun-n-Sand or Novotel, next to each other on Juhu Beach, which is a short (15 to 30 mins, depending on traffic) drive away and with a lovely beachfront setting.
"Close to town" isnt really an option, since thats a LONG cab-ride!!
