Mekong River cruise. Too hot in February ??

We are considering doing a Mekong trip with Pandaw Cruises the first two weeks of February but wonder if this is a hot/humid time to be there ?

February is the last month of the so-called cool season in Southeast Asia.
Its warm and sometimes humid. But the hottest part of the year will start approx. mid of March.
And after looking at the homepage of Pandaw, their cabins should have a/c.
So dont worry about your river cruise.
It was a marvelous idea to book it and you will certainly enjoy it.

Temps will be in the low 90's during the day and it will be humid (it's always humid). But most likely you won't have to worry about any rain.

We did this cruise in September, which is warmer than February and enjoyed it.

The river is always a little cooler, but if you are spending time at Ankor Wat, the stones attract the heat.

Note that a poster named Mitch04 did a review of this cruise. If you do a search on Pandaw Mekong you should be able to find it.

Galiano, feel free to email me on [email protected] if you want any advice about the Pandaw cruises. I did the Saigon to Siem Reap cruise about 18 months ago.
