Matsumoto and Shibu Onsen
 

I'm planning a trip to Japan and I wanted to see Matsumoto Castle and the snow monkey park in Yamanouchi. Does anyone have recommendations for a hotel in Matsumoto and a ryokan in Shibu Onsen.

It would help if you gave more info on your budget and expectations...........

I'm looking for a traditional ryokan with meals served either in the room or in a private room, not a restaurant. I would also like one with beautiful baths and if it's in my budget, a room with a private bath would be nice. My budget is around 20,000 to 25,000 per person. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
