Manohra 3-day river cruise Bangkok to Ayutthaya

Thinking of booking this for next April. Has anyone else done it who can answer a few questions please?

What did you do with all your luggage whilst you were on the boat? The website suggests that you just take enough to see you through the journey, so do you have to leave the rest in storage at your hotel? (We will probably stay at the same hotel for a couple of nights before and after the cruise)

The website also says that prices for drinks and things onboard are normally quoted in US dollars. Presumably they take Thai bahts as well?

The cruise caters for up to 4 couples. Did you feel at all "claustrophobic" being with the same few people in such a confined space for 3 days?

Any other comments?

Thanks

I thought I'd try topping this again, because I've still not heard from anyone who's actually been on this cruise and now we're into the new year, I'm starting to let myself get more excited about the trip

i think Bob (rhkkmk) has done this before. If he doesn't answer this request you might try searching his name for his report on the Manohra cruise.

Aloha!

we did it as a two day, one nite trip...they allowed us to keep our room at the hotel...you could also put the luggage in the store room at the marriott...

Thanks Bob

We've now booked everything and are staying in the Peninsula before and after the cruise, so I expect they'll store our luggage there whilst we're away.

Any other comments about the trip please?
