Malaysian Airlines or Northwest to KL

Hi, me again. Thanks bunches to everyone who replied with Malaysia Air info. it was very helpful. Just discovered that I have a choice of Delta-Malaysia Air Business Class or Delta-Northwest First Class. I've never flown Northwest in my life. Any thoughts or does it matter? Thanks!

Hi Gigi,

When in Asia, only fly US based carriers.
Only exceptions are Singapore Air, Cathay and Quantas. Stay clear of all others if you can.

Have a great trip!!

Hi Gigi,

Take NWA first to KL. Even though many of us who fly often refer to them as Northworst their first class (or most anyone's for that matter) is better than business class.

NORTHWEST IS THE WORST AIRLINE, THEY ARE VERY UNFRIENDLY. TRY ANY OTHER ASIAN AIRLINE.

This may be too late as I don't know your travel plans. I've flown Northwest and in general find them to be okay. As I am assuming you are American, I would sooner fly Northwest, simply because if anything unlucky happens to you, it would be easier to file a complaint in the U.S. compared to a foreign airline. I have flown other asian airlines and they were neither better nor worse than Northwest.
