Fabulous! One of the best flights I've ever had. Now I must admit I was not in economy so I can't speak about the seats there but the service and food is really wonderful.

I flew them last year in first class using ff miles and it was fantastic. From what I understand, they've upgraded their first and business classes so should be even better. I thought their service was on par with Singapore Airlines and food was a bit better.

Coach is also on par with, if not a bit better than, most of the other big regional airlines. I would say they are slightly better than Thai (which is finally upgrading) but not as good as Singapore Airlines.

I've taken them between Singapore and Bangkok and they were great...like being on Singapore Air. Happy Travels!

Malaysia airlines is excellent. Have done many long haul flights with them and think they are fantastic. Food is great, service is great. Can't fault them.

I did a flight in Economy/coach couple of months back, superb, nice 777 with seatback TVs etc and that was for a regional flight, they are very much on par with Singapore Airlines who I used a few days later, same 777 type aircraft, very similar. I prefer transiting thru Singapore Changi though than KLIA.
