Luang Prabang for Christmas which Hotel?

Our schedule means that we will be in Luang Prabang for Christmas. On a previous thread, I saw that Apsara and Les 3 Nagas were recommended, but they are booked out. It would be nice to be somewhere quiet but central. We require one double room and one single room. We are trying to stay on a budget below £30 a night. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

You are traveling at the busiest and most expensive time of the year and you are very late making reservations. I hope you have a plan B.

Kathie has stated to obvious flaw in your planning. As a solution I would go onto booking.com with your dates, use their filters and maps to final available properites within your prices range and a reasonable distance from the centre (LP is a small town) we have stayed at both of the properties you mentioned and both are excellent and in superb locations. I seriously doubt you will find anything remotely similar ( and they would have been way out of your price range anyway!) . If you see something half way decent, book immediately.

Good luck
