Sorry but I cannot remember the cost but it was far from expensive.
We didn't select him. In order to ensure whoever we used knew exactly what we wanted to do (apparently it is not usual for t-ts to be hired for a whole day) we explained to one of our hotel reception ladies, who spoke pretty good English, and then she went out to the street and basically interviewed several before she selected one and he agreed. It was a great choice and she earned a nice tip when we returned.
