Leaving for Thailand in 10 hours...
 

Hi everyone,
We're leaving for Thailand.. our first trip to Asia.. in ten hours! I'm so excited!! Just wanted to say thanks to everyone on the board who have helped us plan our trip.. esp. Bob, Kathie, Gloria, Gpanda, and everyone who posted trip reports. I've been using these forums for many years (Europe trips mostly), and really appreciate all of the info I've received.

Here's our itinerary -
Ottawa-Toronto-Hong Kong for 2 nights
Bangkok for 5 nights (Riverside Marriott)
Sukhothai for 2 nights (Lotus Village)
Chiang Mai for 4 nights (Baan Orapin)
Koh Samui (Baan Bophut) for 5 nights
Bangkok (Silom Serene) for 2 nights
Bangkok-Toyko-Toronto-Ottawa (for one heck of a long day)

Darcie-I'll be interested to see whether Asia captures another Europe veteran. Remember the deliquency penalty can be avoided by posting while in Asia. Have a great time.
