Kwangtung Mijiu/Shaoxing Rice Wine-Whats the difference?
 

Please can anyone tell me what to do with these bottles of Kwangtung Mijiu I was persuaded to purchase by a Thai saleslady.
Is it the same thing as Shaoxing Rice Wine which is used extentsively in Chinese cooking?

They are not the same thing, as the Guangdong (Kwangtung) rice wine is less flavorful. But you can still cook with it.
