Kwangtung Mijiu/Shaoxing Rice Wine-Whats the difference?
Please can anyone tell me what to do with these bottles of Kwangtung Mijiu I was persuaded to purchase by a Thai saleslady.
Is it the same thing as Shaoxing Rice Wine which is used extentsively in Chinese cooking? |
They are not the same thing, as the Guangdong (Kwangtung) rice wine is less flavorful. But you can still cook with it.
