Ko Samui - Anantara vs Sala Samui?

Hello ! Planning a trip for mid Aug for one week..We have narrowed down our options to Anantara and Sala Samui. Does anyone have information/experience in either/both of these places? We are looking for a place which has the following for a honeymoon:
1) Good food
2) more of New contemporary style vs old
3) Good spas!
4) quiet beach.

Hoping to hear your votes!!!

If you are referring to mid-August this year, availability at either hotel will be your deciding factor.

Anantara's in Thailand have a fine reputation, the Sala is overall perhaps what could be termed more 'trendy' in style, Anantara's are very much Thai style. Anantara's always have very good spas.
Both are relatively new.

I agree with cruiseinred, August is peak season so you might not have a choice. But Samui does have a large number of good places.

Thanks cruisinred and James!Sala Samui was already fully booked... I did manage to get reservations at Anantara. So will try going there! Any exiting things to do near Anantara? Or any spa recommendation, restaurants @ Anantara?
