Kathie-Towers Question

Kathie-a mundane question, but crucial to "our" packing. You've mentioned that a room at the Towers permits 6 pieces of free laundry per day. Is this total or for each person? BTW, Bob, a well-known ROS basher, is hoping that I don't like the Towers. On the other hand, I'm hoping you are a gifted an accurate reporter.

It's a 6 pieces per person per day. I tell you, it's one of the best benefits of the Towers is hot, muggy Bangkok! It seems I always use my full allotment. By the way, you'll get a "bill" with your returned laundry each day which will be stamped "complimentary." I enjoy seeing just how much mnry I didn't spend on laundry!

Enjoy!

Jim, I've only ever stayed in the Towers, so I have no idea about what a deluxe room is like or whether it is significantly different from any other kind of room.

Jim-We've stayed in a Deluxe room at the ROS and enjoyed it. The room is a good size and the view of the Chao Phraya river amazing. We found it to be a comfortable refuge from the heat. I do note that there is not much Thai style about the room. The Fitness center opens at 6:00 a.m. and the sauna is a good way to begin the day.

thanks Gpanda...i was confused because, on some hotel discount websites, they lump deluxe and tower together (as if to say they are equal in luxury/amenity)
