Lisa,

Enjoyed your trip report. We also recently went on the Pacific Delight package but extended it to 10 nights.
I have to agree that the Amari Atrium was a nice hotel and the service was great but the bed was as hard as a rock and kept us from sleeping well the first nights. We only spent three nights in Bangkok then headed to Chiang Mai and Phuket.

For those of you going to Bangkok soon.
Do not believe anyone who tells you an attraction is closed. This is usually a scam to take you on a shopping trip. This happened to us at the Grand Palace but we kept on walking.
