Jimbaran Or Sanur Or Seminiyak

This is for my honeymoon trip. So, from my Bali holiday - 6 nights, what I am looking for is a complete day at my villa, a complete day at a non-crowded beach, a sunset and a dinner cruise, a day at the shopping streets, a day for temples and a day for snorkeling. I also want to spend atleast 3 evenings on a beachside shack and definitely want to visit some good night club atleaset once.

So, basically what I am looking for a mix of beachside relaxation, good accommodation, some beach activities, night clubs, and some shopping. Experiencing the culture does not interests me a lot...and this rules out staying at Ubud. Besides, my this trip will be followed by a 4 day visit to Singapore. So, that is why i want to stay as close to the beach as possible.

I am breaking my stay in two parts, and so I have to pick 2 places out of Jimbaran/ Sanur/ Seminiyak.

From what I have read on Bali and from what I could make of it, this is how I am planning to break the trip:

Nov 28 - Reaching airport at 0100 hours. Move to the resort Jimbaran/ Sanur
Nov 28 and 29 - want to laze around either beach or the villa itself
Nov 30, Dec 1 and 2 - Seminyak looks better here for the activities that I want to do in these 3 days.

Questions:
Which one out of Jimbaran or Sanur? Points to consider: I will not be swimming at all, I don't want crowded beaches for these 2 days for sure. I will only require a good beach side villa that has good shacks in the vicinity.
Is Seminyak a fine choice? I have heard that Kuta and Nusa Dua are too crowded.
Does snorkeling requires proper swimming skills?
Any leads for sunset cruises and romantic beach dinners?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Rohit Kapoor

Thanks for the response...My budget for a Villa stands somewhere around US$150 per night.

Villa Batujimbar.com looks amazing...but is way over my budget.
