JetstarAsia start in December, ex SIN including Singapore-Pattaya flights
 

Jetstar Asia is set to start flights December joining Valuair and Tiger Airways to make 3 Singapore based Budget carriers. Jetsar Asia will operate A-320's and although schedules not final are looking at, ex SIN: Jakarta, Hong Kong, Shanghai plus Pattaya in Thailand.
Their website has little on it at all but it may be worth bookmarking as no doubt within a week or so the fares/schedules will be on there

Schedule for Dec/Jan:-
SIN-Hong Kong Daily
SIN-Taipei Daily
SIN-Pattaya Daily

Worth noting that they allow the full 20 kgs baggage allowance and 'do' allocate seats.

Initial fares are obviously cheap, tried to book a flight online but didn't work for a booking 'to' SIN but checked fares from Singapore to Pattaya and including taxes came out for mid-December at about USD 40 Return !!

Off tomorrow with the family to see the Christmas lights in Singapore for 2 days, 4 tickets with Jetstar asia about $40 return each!! Great!
