Japan Castles
 

Okay, I'm being lazy here -- just started thinking about Japan -- but what are the top castles or palaces in Japan?

The white heron, Himeji castle.
Osaka castle.
The crow castle in Matsumoto.
Matsuyama castle.
Kumamoto castle.

These are on my list.

I would add Nijo castle in Kyoto. This castle has the most beautiful interiors from all those I visited.
