Its finally my turn to go!....leaving tomorrow
 

After many false starts and postponed dates, I am finally leaving on my SEA trip!

Thai non-stop from JFK tomorrow then BKK, Luang Prabang, Hanoi, Evason Hideaway in Nha Trang and finlly Angkor Wat.

Thank you to everyone for all the helpful hints and advice. I look forward to submitting my trip report promptly (to avoid the panda penalty).

Sorry I have to miss the CT get-together next week in my home state, but I look forward to meeting the Asia Fodorites in Boston this fall.

Have a fabulous time! Do try and post some while "on the road". I'm sorry we can't meet up in Bangkok--I leave for SEA on Thursday-- but hopefully we can compare stories over drinks one evening in NY (I know a great little bar on 7th Ave at 57th Street). Stay safe and HAVE FUN!!!
