am so excited! will be leaving for Japan on Thursday!

1st thing on our itinerary will be Ultraman Festival, of course! It's quite disappointing that few ultraman sites either closed down / relocated including Bandai Museum, Ultraman Club & Tsuburaya Jungle... :-(.

We'll be leaving with 2 empty suitcases for all things Ultraman... now, I need to brush up my Ultraman knowledge so I won't be so clueless. let's see, which one is Ultraman Tiga again?

Lina, your comment on the Bandai museum closing caught my eye today. I have found info on the web that says that the museum in Matsudo in Tokyo closed as of August 31, but that Bandai will open a new facility, "Toytown Bandai Museum" next yr in Mibu, Tochigi perfecture. It says, "Meanwhile, part of the Gundham museum exhibit will relocate to Bandai Hobby Center in Shizuoka."
